Making sure your bike is safe to ride is really important. So before you start riding it - particularly if it's not new - here are some simple checks to make sure it's the right size for you and that everything works.

Keeping your bike secure
Always lock your bike if you are leaving it somewhere - it's even a good idea to do that at home.
Did you know that the Police can postcode your bike so that if it is stolen you can identify it if it found?
